The first Masters was organised by Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts in 1934 and was originally called the Augusta National Invitational until 1938.
 
Jack Nicklaus is the oldest player to have won a Masters Tournament when in 1986 he won at the age of 46 years.
 
Having previously retired from competitive golf he great Bobby Jones, after some persuasion, competed in 12 Masters with a best finish of 13th in 1934.

The Crow's Nest is used by for amateurs during the Masters Tournament and can accomodate up to 5 players.
